Zach, who has resided in Birmingham for the past twenty years, earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law where he was a member of the Defense Lawyers Association, studied abroad at the Australian National University, was a research assistant to a former Circuit Court Criminal Judge, and clerked for a Birmingham based civil defense firm. Zach went on to work as an associate at a Birmingham based defense firm following law school. Zach also holds a B.A. in Philosophy, with a minor in General Business from Auburn University. Prior to attending law school, Zach worked as a Senior Account Executive for BellSouth Business Systems. Zach is admitted to practice in all Alabama State Courts as well as the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of Alabama. In line with the firm mission, Zach's practice focuses on providing the individual care and attention of a small firm while having the resources to meet the ever-changing needs of his clientele.
